Staying at this hotel was an experience full of contrasts. While the rooms were clean and well-maintained on a lower level, they really needed upgrading, especially the balcony that offered a beautiful view. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional at all times; the staff members were amazing and always willing to help with any request, going the extra mile even to prepare a special meal as a special request. The location couldn't have been better, directly opposite the beach with a large natural reef nearby on Maroma Beach. However, the dining experience with different themes and cheerful staff fell a bit short, especially in the Italian grilled meat section.
